IDD&E Portfolio

I am a M.S. Graduate Student at Syracuse University for Instructional Design, Development, & Evaluation (IDD&E). After Completing Graduate School at Syracuse University, I will serve as an Associate Professor at the Non-commissioned Officer Leadership Center of Excellence (NCOLCoE) and the Resident Sergeants Major Course. After retiring from the Army, I plan to use my experience(s) in Instructional Design and a Organization Development (OD) Practitioner to serve as a private consultant in the corporate domain.
